Crispy Fried Chicken Liver is an easy recipe with these 3 simple steps: dip, coat, and fry. Now, who could go wrong with that? Its so easy! Partner this with sweet chili sauce… ooowwwyahhh this is to die for. I’ve been making this dish since I was in 6th grade. I really love chicken liver, like a best friend that can literally be eaten.
I’ve tried different sauces with this but I really like it with the sweet chili, any kind, as long as its sweet and spicy. It’s crispy on the outside but soft and juicy in the inside – just the way I like it.
- 370 g chicken liver
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¾ vegetable oil
- Wash chicken liver in colander, drain water well.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken liver in beaten egg, then put it in the flour mixture until it is evenly coated (Repeat until all of the chicken livers are covered.)
- Fry in medium heat until golden brown. (It took me 3-4 minutes to brown each side.)
- Serve with sweet Chili Sauce.
