Hi! I’m Joel! I’m the cook and food photographer of this blog. Born and raised in the southern part of the Philippines. The second of four boys.

Today, I live in a 2-bedroom apartment with a cat and 2 adult dogs that are practically the same size as my 3 month old cat. Luckily, they get along really well.
