Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken liver in beaten egg, then put it in the flour mixture until it is evenly coated (Repeat until all of the chicken livers are covered.)
Fry in medium heat until golden brown. (It took me 3-4 minutes to brown each side.)
Serve with sweet Chili Sauce.
