Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Hello March! Time flies by so fast and there’s so much to accomplish but that doesn’t mean we can ‘t relax, right? Like watching a movie once in a while or enjoying a healthy strawberry banana smoothie. 🙂
The best days of my life happen when I can just sit, relax, enjoy the sunset, and feel the cold breeze on my face while sipping my healthy strawberry banana smoothie. Relaxation is obviously a luxury nowadays, might as well enjoy it now while it’s free.
My new obsession is yogurt – I want more yogurt. I can eat it every single day. Banana is on the top of my favorite list too. Good thing the carrot juice I bought is pleasantly sweet which made this recipe super perfect.

Your Flan recipe is in fact the best ever. It is the creamiest flan, of which I have never previously experienced even in the best restaurants. Only problem I had: when baked in a 9X4 loaf pan, it took more than 50 minutes with the oven temp as instructed. Also, although I did have caramel sauce then flipping th pan, much of my carmelized sugar was hardened on the bottom of the pan. Next time, and soon, I will place a warm water soaked double thickness terry cloth towel, inside a large pan with warm water enough to cover 1/4 or more of the outside of th filled loaf pan before placing in oven. Hoping for your input on preventing the caramel syrup from hardening during the cooking process. Thanks
